Siva Narayanaswamy is a Founder of iTech Workshop, a healthcare data integration company. Siva has over 20 years of technical, managerial and consulting experience in Information Technology.
At iTech Workshop, Siva architected multiple generations of products starting with the expEDIum X12N Engine and the expEDIum Framework. Siva's responsibilities at iTech includes architecting products, creating sustainable sales and marketing initiatives.
Prior to founding iTech Workshop, Siva worked in various capacities for 14 years in Eastman Software (NY, USA), America Systems Incorporated (NJ, USA) and IMNET (NJ, USA). At Eastman Software, a Workflow and Document Management Product Company, Siva's responsibilities included development and re-architecting of the various components that constituted an enterprise-wide, production-oriented Workflow and Document Management system. Prior to Eastman Software, Siva worked with America Systems Inc., architecting and developing the backend systems of a large reengineering project for a railroad company. At IMNET Corporation, a Document Imaging product company Siva developed various components of a Document Management system. Siva started his career with Sonata Software in Bangalore, India in 1986 and was part of a team that developed shrink-wrapped products for PCs.
Siva holds a B.Sc., in Physics (1983) from University of Madras, B.E., in Computer Science and Engineering (1986) from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and an M.S. in Computer Science (1995) from Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey, USA. |

Srini Srinivas Corporate Advisor, Director |
Srini Srinivas is a Director and Corporate Advisor of iTech Workshop.
Prior to becoming a Director of iTech Workshop, Srini was the CEO of System Studies & Simulation, Inc., a high technology firm that provides support services to NASA, the United States Army, and private commercial organizations.
Srini joined System Studies & Simulation, Inc. (S3) in early 1996 as the CEO and Chairman of the Board. Through his leadership and dedication S3 has experienced tremendous growth with the employment level raising from just 5 employees in early 1996 to a level of just under 250 employees in 2004. Revenue for the year ending 2003 reached $25 M.
Prior to S3, Srini worked for Teledyne Brown Engineering. At Teledyne, Srini managed Microgravity Materials Science Hardware Development programs for NASA MSFC from 1985 to 1996 that earned him recognition in the Microgravity Research Community. Before his stint at Teledyne, Srini worked for Spar Aerospace in Toronto for nearly nine years on the Communications Technology Satellite Program and the Shuttle Remote Manipulator Systems (SRMS) Program for the Space Shuttle. Srini is one of the key authors of the newly developed System Engineering Handbook being adapted and used across all of NASA. He has authored over 40 technical papers that have been published in major peer-reviewed journals.
Srini holds an M. Tech. from IIT, Madras, and an M.Eng. degree from McMaster University in Canada, followed by post-graduate work at the University of Toronto. |
