Dilip K. Bharatee is Marketing and Sales Advisor of iTech Workshop. He participates in iTech's Marketing, Sales and Prospecting activities.
He is a Founding director of eComScience consulting. Prior to founding eComScience, Dilip was with Sonata Software for over 15 years. Dilip joined Sonata as its second employee in 1986. He held various roles including Associate Vice President, Business Development. As part of the sales team, he developed the pre-sales and sales processes for the group and acquired several new accounts that established the European operations in Sonata. Many of his customers were from several European countries including Germany, Netherlands, Finland, Denmark, Norway, France, Sweden, Switzerland and UK.
Dilip has been a proponent of Process driven and sustainable Marketing, Sales and Prospect Management and has been successful in creating this practice for various clients that he served.
Dilip holds a Post Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from NITIE Mumbai, India and a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Engineering from Udaipur University, India. He also holds a senior executive development program certification from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.

Ramesh Shastri has over 27 years of industry experience. Prior to joining SpikeSource, Ramesh Shastri was Senior Vice President at Satyam Computer Services, where he spent over 11 years. In the early 90’s, Ramesh Shastri played a key role in pioneering the concept of offshore development centers before it became an industry best practice. More recently, he was responsible for technology verticals in the Semiconductor and Media & Entertainment sectors. Prior to Satyam Computer Services, he was Chief Operating Officer at Phoenix Global Solutions, Director at Cap Gemini America and Group Manager at Sonata Software. He has vast experience in product development and service delivery. Currently, he is the Managing Director of SpikeSource India and is responsible for the operations of this company in India.
Ramesh Shastri holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and a Bachelors degree in Physics from Fergusson College, Pune. |
